Diversity in childcare setting has become a major concern since the design of the affirmative action on 1960. Diversity in the childcare center has forced many schools to reconcile to the ever changing environment. As childcare providers, it is necessary and imperative that they (caregivers) become aware of the ever changing environment and, therefore, equip themselves with the skills needed by the current child care system.
